Problem/Challenge 

The service department receives many questions regarding the use of the cranes and the possibility to make changes in the settings.  

 

Solution 

We collect data from operating cranes. This includes data from the existing steering, for example error messages and operation data, and data from new sensors.  

By viewing the collected data, the service department is able to understand the current operational situation and thereby offer support to the driver. 

In relation to complaints, the service department is able to make a more elaborate assessment as they can see the operations of the crane in a certain period. 

In the long term, the collected data will be a part of assuring the quality of the individual crane.
